Multi Char chats have no autoscroll

Have to look into why this happens, thanks cha for the report.
Might be related to another issue where someone did not get scrolling but it randomly started working.

Tested so far:
- Add second character. It stops scrolling
- Regenerate last message or fully scroll down a few times, fixes it for me, but not for cha.
